Wikihowto is a place to find out how to do something, whether it is repairing your computer or learning how to knit. Wikihowto is also an open place for anyone with any skill to share their knowledge. The MediaWiki program running this site allows anyone to add new howtos, improve them, or correct any mistakes in the instructions. The site offers quick howtos for simple things or in depth guides for complex tasks. Wikihowto is designed for the common person to be able to follow and more difficult tasks are labeled as such. So enjoy, and if you have any questions, ask them at: Talk:Main_Page

- Wikihowto is not a forum:
- It is not a place to ask how do I fix xxxxx or how do I use xxxxxx'. What you can do is request a howto about what you want to know. See: Forum:Requests. If there is a howto or guide that doesn't address your interest completely, or if you don't understand a part of it, you can ask questions on the talk page. See: Howto use the talk pages on Wikihowto
