  1. Wash the carrots.
  2. Place the carrots in the plastic container.
  3. Put fresh cold water in the plastic container until it covers the carrots completely.
  4. Put the lid on the plastic container.
  5. Put the plastic container in the fridge.
  6. Change the water every 4 or 5 days.
  7. Carrots will stay crisp for two weeks.
